I can't say enough positive things about this gym! Isabelle has grown so much as an athlete just in the few months she has been going. It's not just about cheer, it's about strength and conditioning and building core strength to prevent injury. If your child is interested in gymnastics or cheer, this is the place to be. Michael is a tough coach, but it's done in a positive Christian environment with him pushing them to be their best. I could go on and on... so glad they opened in Saraland!!
Aubie has only been this past month and Michael has been amazing with her. He doesn't treat her like she's 6. He is tough and still shows love for her! (love this gym)
Y'all, let me give a little word of advice... TRUST THE PROCESS, TRUST YOUR COACH, AND TRUST THE PROCESS!!!!!!! It may seem like the process isn't coming along as fast as y'all would like, but as long as you trust the process, I promise you it will happen. Skills just don't happen overnight. They take lots of practice. This has been a long process for Baleigh, but she is doing it. She and Michael Lee have an amazing relationship. He gets her, he knows what she responds to, he lets her fail, lets her fall, he pushes her, he encourages her, she trusts him, and together the process is happening. Thank you Michael for all the time you put in with not just my girl, but all of your athletes.

Well... something I never thought we'd be doing... but Madison has fallen in love with cheer! Luckily Empire offers a more flexible team without all the traveling so that we are able to fit this in to our already crazy schedule. We have joined the competition cheer life!
